Tropical Avocado Mango Salsa

Would you like to try a Salsa mix, that's tasty and perfect for as a dip? This recipe is a favorite of one of my Caymanian friends. If you decide to try it, please let me know how you like it. Combine ingredients in large bowl and enjoy. It can also be refrigrated for a cool addition for chips or as a side dish.

• 1 avocado - in chunks
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 mango - in chunks
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• 1 seasoning pepper, seeded and chopped (red)
• 1 Young/green Scotch Bonnet Seeded and chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 sprig of mint

Add salt to taste
