I thought it would be interesting to pose this question about your favorite spices because we as Jamaicans love various types of spiced food. Everyone knows that curry goat and curry chicken are among 2 of the best loved foods in Jamaica. What would curry goat be without a few of our favorite scotch bonnet hot pepper. What are some of your favorite Jamaican spices?
I was tempted to vote for curry powder because you know we love our curry goat, curry chicken, curry shrimp and the list continues, but lately I have been over dosing on Scotch Bonnet Pepper. I'm even going to grow a few of these hotties this spring.
