Just the other day I was thinking about making some codfish fritters. Of course my mom makes the best codfish fritters in the whole world, but I just wanted to do this on my own. Then I remembered that I had "
The Real Taste of Jamaica" by Enid Donaldson. It's one of the best Jamaican cookbooks I've ever read. Read
my review on Amazon.
I began flipping through its pages and came up with the recipe I was looking for. Some may call it Stamp & Go, but I prefer to call this delicious breakfast meal by its common name, Codfish Fritters.
